1. What is GAP?

GAP means Growth Accelerator Program. It is a unique, scientific, data driven transformation program that ensures that your organization achieves profitable growth of 10X from the current levels in the next 5 years.

2. What kind of industry or organization is GAP best suited?

GAP is a scientific, process driven transformation program and hence the program is industry agnostic. The program is well suited for equally in both Manufacturing and Service industries. The program is powered by the Glocal Thinkers platform which has aggregated over 9,000 specialist and global experts in multiple fields. Each of our experts have more than 15 yrs experience with Global organizations.

The program is best suited for organizations who are currently achieving a minimum of INR 200 crs of turnover in a year and aspires to take the quantum leap of achieving INR 2,000-2,5000 crs in the next 5 years. GAP will help these organizations achieve readiness and prepare them to execute the growth aspirations seamlessly

The program is not suited for start-ups or early stage organizations

3. How will the GAP program help my organization?

The GAP program is multi-modal and multi-dimensional. The key advantages of this unique program for your organization is as follows:

1. To achieve a perfect alignment of vision, mission, corporate goals with a robust business strategy defining milestones and fixing key accountabilities. The aim is to make goals simple, realistic and executable for the entire organization.
2. Designing a 5 year business plan for the organization highlighting key un-explored pockets of opportunities that can be exploited with significant ease. This may include product re-engineering, New product/ service design, re-positioning existing products, M&As
3. Bringing organizations to global standards on all organizational processes like production and manufacturing processes, supply chain processes, financial and control processes, HR processes, Sales and Marketing processes etc. GAP will audit all key processes of the organization using scientific, data driven tools of global standards after-which Standard Operating Process will be created for each process. A KPI driven governance mechanism is put in place at multiple levels to achieve steady state and ensure the transformation is embedded in the DNA of the organization. The process transformation is carried out by deep people involvement within the organization with a robust change management architecture. The aim is to ensure that the organization is rigorously process driven in their onward growth journey.
4. Creating an atmosphere of attracting and sustaining key talent and support in recruiting key talent for the organization. This is one of the key element of the program wherein we help the organization to create a pool of professional talent to drive the desired growth objectives in a way that is sustainable, process driven and profitable
5. Solving unique problems that the organization are currently facing that may be industry/ market specific. A feature of GAP is also to introduce the organization to key communities and industry bodies both in India and overseas. The aim is to open new avenues, create new relationships for the organization, and exchange opportunities and ideas to exploit benefits.

4. What is the duration of the program?

The program typically takes about 6 to 9 months to complete. Additional time will be required in case the scope of the GAP project is increased by the organization.

We will provide each client with a scope at the start of the project that will include time-lines. The time frame would vary for each client depending on the complexity, resource requirements and the organizations budget. These scope will be mutually agreed and freezed. In case, during the course of the project the client feels that they should engage us for some activity outside the scope that additional time will be mutually decided.

5. How do you ensure that GAP is successful in my organization?

Glocal Thinkers will take full responsibility to ensure that the GAP program is successfully implemented throughout the organization. We will ensure this by:

1. Creating a credence of accountability process with your organization to ensure that GAP project is rigorously governed throughout the organization. A steering committee will be created with the leadership team of your organization and the Glocal Thinkers Senior Management. The Steering committee will be accountable for managing, governing, reviewing and implementing the project. The Steering committee will meet every week from the start of the project.
2. Glocal Thinkers will deploy the best global consultants and specialists in your organization in multiple fields. Each of our consultants will have 15+ yrs of experience in their respective fields and have deep-rooted knowledge and understanding of the unique requirements of your organization to help your organization achieve desired growth. These senior consultants will be a part of the Experts Group (EG) for each organization. The EGs will visit your organizations and will be accountable to drive success of the project.
3. Glocal Thinkers will additionally deploy a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for each organization who can be implanted in the organization till the end of project. The SPOC provide necessary support to the organization in handholding and implementing the initiatives that has been outlined by the Experts Group. The SPOC will also help the organization overcome necessary hurdles and bottlenecks by coordinating activities with the EGs and Senior Management of Glocal Thinkers.

6. What is the cost of the Program?

Our charges are very competitive and easily affordable. We follow a monthly retainership model for payments for the duration of the project. The quantum of fees will depend on the scope and complexity of each project and can be mutually discussed and negotiated.
